Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к шаблону (J) для направленного размещения бедренного компонента имплантата во время хирургической операции по протезированию коленного сустава, выполненному в виде предварительно собранного шаблона (J), который обеспечивает точную посадку бедренного имплантата для протезирования коленного сустава на основании различий срезов в миллиметрах, вместо обычного измерения углов в градусах. Он позволяет избежать интрузии интрамедуллярного канала, что, по существу, снижает риски эмболии. Благодаря этому хирург может использовать точные значения глубины срезов, полученные посредством системы, предназначенной для обеспечения имплантата с оптимальной посадкой, раскрытой в патентной заявке № 3896/MUM2015. Также он позволяет хирургу точно контролировать размещение имплантата с точки зрения сгибания или разгибания, варусности или вальгусности, внутренней или наружной ротации. Кроме того, он позволяет точно размещать режущий блок "четыре-в-одном" одновременно с выполнением дистального среза бедренной кости, обеспечивая точное размещение бедренного компонента коленного имплантата. Это сокращает усилия и время, необходимое во время хирургической операции.
