Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу выявления предраковых поражений высокой степени, индуцированных ВПЧ, инвазивных раковых заболеваний, индуцированных ВПЧ, и раковых заболеваний женских половых органов и аногенитальной области, не индуцированных ВПЧ, включающему выявление классификатора метилирования, состоящего из генов LHX8, ASCL1 и ST6GALNAC5 и их регуляторной последовательности, в клетке, причем такое гиперметилирование указывает на присутствие поражений-предшественников с инвазивным потенциалом, индуцированных ВПЧ, инвазивных раковых заболеваний, индуцированных ВПЧ, а также раковых заболеваний женских половых органов и аногенитальной области, не индуцированных ВПЧ. Настоящее изобретение также включает применение классификатора метилирования, состоящего из генов LHX8, ASCL1 и ST6GALNAC5 и их регуляторной последовательности, в таком способе и набор для анализа для выявления метилирования LHX8, ASCL1 и/или ST6GALNAC5.
