Abstract
В данном документе представлены библиотеки остовов, полученных из рибопереключателей и малых рибозимов, и способы их применения. Остовы по данному изобретению дают аптамеры, которые легко идентифицируются и характеризуются благодаря указанному структурному остову. Природа остова предрасполагает эти РНК для соединения со считывающими доменами для конструирования биосенсоров, которые функционируют in vitro и in vivo. Биосенсоры, синтетические РНК-агенты и синтетические ДНК-агенты и способы их применения также обеспечиваются.
