Abstract

Ингалируемая порошковая композиция содержит a) антитело-антагонист, которое связывается с IL-13 человека, b) лейцин и c) трегалозу. Антитело может включать тяжелую цепь, где вариабельная область тяжелой цепи содержит последовательность SEQ ID NO: 3, и легкую цепь, где вариабельная область легкой цепи содержит последовательность SEQ ID NO: 1. Также описано применение таких композиций в лечении астмы, а также ингаляторов, содержащих такие композиции.
