Abstract
Изобретение относится к шиберному затвору (1) для химической установки. Для предоставления шиберного затвора с достаточно простой конструкцией и надежными уплотняющими свойствами изобретение предлагает, что шиберный затвор (1) включает в себя корпус (2) затвора, имеющий верхнее отверстие (2.1) и противоположное нижнее отверстие (2.2), верхнее уплотнительное седло (8) и нижнее уплотнительное седло (9), расположенные на корпусе (2) затвора, шибер (3), расположенный с возможностью перемещения в корпусе (2) затвора для блокирования прохода между отверстиями (2.1, 2.2) в закрытом положении и для открытия прохода в открытом положении, причем шибер (3) затвора включает в себя первую пластину (4), имеющую нижнюю поверхность (4.2) с глухой выточкой (4.3), и вторую пластину (5), по меньшей мере, частично расположенную в глухой выточке (4.3), причем в закрытом положении верхнее уплотнительное седло (8) герметично входит в зацепление с первой пластиной (4), а нижнее уплотнительное седло (9) герметично входит в зацепление со второй пластиной (5), и вторая пластина (5), по меньшей мере, опосредованно находится в контакте с первой пластиной (4).
