Abstract
Предложена система парового риформинга, которая содержит установку парового крекинга и установку парового риформинга. Установка парового крекинга содержит блок парового крекинга, в котором подвергают паровому крекингу поток исходного материала и получают поток, содержащий водород, метан и углеводороды C; теплообменник, в котором охлаждают поток продуктов парового крекинга; разделительный блок, в котором разделяют охлажденный поток продуктов парового крекинга на газовый поток, содержащий водород и метан, и жидкий поток, содержащий метан и углеводороды C; деметанизатор, в который вводят жидкий поток с получением третьего потока, содержащего по меньшей мере 95% метана, и четвертого потока, содержащего углеводороды C. Установка парового риформинга содержит подогреватель исходного материала, в который вводят третий поток и пар с получением подогретого потока, и блок парового риформинга, выполненный с возможностью нагревания подогретого потока по меньшей мере до 800°C и парового риформинга нагретого потока с получением потока продуктов, содержащего водород и CO.
