Abstract
Изобретение относится к области строительства жилых и общественных зданий в крупнопанельном, каркасном, монолитном и сборно-монолитном исполнении, а также к области промышленности строительных материалов. Технический результат использования изобретения заключается в расширении области применения плит перекрытий для консольных опор балконов и фасадов из мелкоштучных материалов и промежуточных опор для внутренних панелей путем перераспределения локальной нагрузки с опорных зон на её промежуточные участки. Плита перекрытия со средствами усиления опорной зоны содержит полости профилированного сечения, равномерно распределённые параллельно её длинной стороне и разделенные бетонными перегородками. Средство усиления включает в себя арматурный элемент в виде рамной конструкции из продольных и поперечных арматурных стержней, размещенной в узле соединения опорной зоны и упомянутой полости, замоноличенных бетонным раствором. С торца арматурного элемента в полости установлена заглушка. Средство усиления опорной зоны дополнено стабилизатором положения. Каждый арматурный элемент образован в виде силовой конструкции из одной и более решетчатых секций переменного сопротивления за счет сгущения поперечных стержней в области опорной зоны и разряжения их к периферии. Со стороны открытой части плиты в каждой полости установлена теплоизолирующая пробка, причем в усиливаемых полостях плиты перекрытия в опорной зоне поперечно установлены пластмассовые втулки с возможностью вертикального ориентирования вставленных в них арматурных стержней при замоноличивании опорной зоны.The invention relates to the field of construction of residential and public buildings in large-panel, frame, monolithic and precast-monolithic design, as well as to the field of building materials industry. The technical result of using the invention is to expand the scope of floor slabs for cantilever supports of balconies and facades made of small-piece materials and intermediate supports for internal panels by redistributing the local load from the support zones to its intermediate sections. A floor slab with means of strengthening the support zone contains cavities of a profiled section, evenly distributed parallel to its long side and separated by concrete partitions. The reinforcing means includes a reinforcing element in the form of a frame structure made of longitudinal and transverse reinforcing bars, located at the junction of the support zone and the said cavity, embedded in concrete. A plug is installed at the end of the reinforcing element in the cavity. The support zone reinforcement is supplemented with a position stabilizer. Each reinforcing element is formed in the form of a load-bearing structure from one or more lattice sections of variable resistance due to the thickening of the transverse rods in the region of the support zone and their discharge to the periphery. On the side of the open part of the slab, a heat-insulating plug is installed in each cavity, and in the reinforced cavities of the floor slab in the support zone, plastic sleeves are transversely installed with the possibility of vertical orientation of the reinforcing bars inserted in them when the support zone is embeddable.
