Abstract
Изобретение относится к строительству автомобильных дорог, в частности к конструкциям дорожной одежды. Технический результат - увеличение общего модуля упругости дорожной одежды и снижение уровня вибрационных сил в ее слоях, и как следствие - повышение надежности и долговечности дорожной одежды. Конструкция дорожной одежды, состоящая из многослойного основания, включающего дренирующий слой и два слоя несущего материала, и верхнего и нижнего слоев асфальтобетонного покрытия, по изобретению между слоями несущего материала основания, контактирующими слоями основания и асфальтобетонного покрытия, и слоями асфальтобетонного покрытия содержит прочный дробленый материал, размер которого не менее чем в 1,5 раза больше максимального размера заполнителя в контактирующих слоях и проникающий в оба контактирующих слоя на глубину не менее 1/3 его максимального размера. В качестве прочного дробленного материала между слоями содержит щебень из горных пород, асфальтогранулят, цементогранулят.The invention relates to the construction of highways, in particular to pavement structures. The structure of the pavement, consisting of a multilayer base, including a drainage layer and two layers of carrier material, and the upper and lower layers of the asphalt concrete pavement, according to the invention, between the layers of the carrier material of the base, the contacting layers of the base and the asphalt concrete pavement, and the layers of the asphalt concrete pavement contains durable crushed material, the size of which is not less than 1.5 times the maximum size of the aggregate in the contacting layers and penetrating into both contacting layers to a depth of at least 1/3 of its maximum size. It contains crushed stone from rocks, asphalt granulate, cement granulate as a strong crushed material between layers.
