Abstract

В настоящем документе представлены способы лечения рака молочной железы, положительного по отношению к рецептору пролактина, с использованием конъюгата антитело-лекарственное средство (ADC), содержащего антитело к рецептору пролактина или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент, конъюгированный с цитотоксическим агентом. В некоторых вариантах осуществления антитело к рецептору пролактина или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент конъюгированы с майтанзиноидом. В определенных вариантах осуществления способ лечения пролактин-рецептор положительного рака молочной железы включает введение конъюгата АЛС в комбинации с одним или несколькими химиотерапевтическими агентами.
