Abstract
Предлагаемое устройство относится к области сельского хозяйства и пищевых производств, а именно к оборудованию для переработки отходов в виде остатков растений, свекловичного жома и патоки, отходов животноводства в промышленных масштабах с целью их утилизации и получения удобрений и биогаза, создания замкнутого биологического цикла в сельскохозяйственном производстве. Биогазовая установка для анаэробной переработки органических отходов содержит приемник-измельчитель (1), подающее устройство (2), гомогенизатор, теплообменник (5), накопитель субстрата (6), биореактор (10) с карусельным сепаратором, дозаторы (16, 23), редуктор-распределитель (14), газопоршневой двигатель ГПД 41, сепаратор (40), охладитель биоудобрения (28), теплонасосную установку (30), тепловой узел (34), газовый котел (35). Технические результаты заключаются в увеличении производительности работы, уменьшении габаритов установки, увеличении степени переработки субстрата, уменьшении потерь тепла и расходов первичной энергии на собственные нужды, увеличении удельного выхода биогаза и увеличении содержания в нем метана, снижении образования корки, повышении надежности работы установки.The proposed device relates to the field of agriculture and food production, namely, equipment for processing waste in the form of plant residues, beet pulp and molasses, animal waste on an industrial scale for the purpose of their disposal and obtaining fertilizers and biogas, creating a closed biological cycle in agricultural production ... The technical results include an increase in work productivity, a decrease in the size of the installation, an increase in the degree of substrate processing, a decrease in heat losses and primary energy consumption for own needs, an increase in the specific yield of biogas and an increase in the methane content in it, a decrease in the formation of a crust, an increase in the reliability of the installation.
