Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к соединениям, представляющим собой аминзамещенный арил или гетероарил. Настоящее изобретение также относится к фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим данные соединения, и способам лечения нарушения (например, серповидноклеточной анемии) путем ингибирования фермента метилтрансферазы, выбранного из EHMT1 и EHMT2, посредством введения раскрытого в данном документе соединения, представляющего собой аминзамещенный арил или гетероарил, или фармацевтической композиции на его основе нуждающемуся в этом субъекту. Настоящее изобретение также относится к применению таких соединений в исследовательских и других целях, отличных от терапевтических.
