Abstract
Изобретение относится к способам изготовления легкоудаляемых высокотемпературных литейных стержней или литейных форм, а именно к водорастворимым смесям, и может быть использовано в металлургии. Техническим результатом, на достижение которого направлено изобретение, является обеспечение возможности изготовления стержней или форм, имеющих на различных участках различные физико-механические свойства. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что способ, включает смешивание наполнителя в виде оксида алюминия со связующим в виде алюмината щелочного металла и спекание полученной смеси, и отличается тем, что спекание производят селективным нагревом отдельных участков смеси до температуры разложения алюмината щелочного металла, при этом режим нагрева отдельных участков смеси выбирают в зависимости от необходимых физико-механических свойств отдельных участков изготавливаемых стержней или форм.The invention relates to methods for producing easily removable high-temperature casting cores or casting molds, namely, water-soluble mixtures, and can be used in metallurgy.
