Abstract

Способ обработки тяжелого углеводородного сырья, преимущественно тяжелой нефти, включает подготовку исходного сырья и вспомогательной газовой смеси при заданном давлении, введение в подготовленное сырье подготовленной вспомогательной газовой смеси и их смешивание, кавитационную обработку полученной смеси, разделение жидких и газообразных продуктов, с последующим выделением конечного нефтепродукта. Новым является то, что в качестве вспомогательной газовой смеси используют газообразные углеводороды, имеющие энергию активации, сравнимую с энергией разрыва молекул основных компонентов тяжелого углеводородного сырья, а подготовку исходного тяжелого углеводородного сырья и вспомогательной газовой смеси, находящихся в жидком состоянии, проводят при давлении, превышающем давление насыщенных паров вспомогательной газовой смеси. Технический результат - улучшение физико-химических параметров конечного нефтепродукта за счет изменения его состава, структуры, а именно уменьшение его плотности, вязкости, температуры начала кипения, увеличение выхода светлых фракций при перегонке и повышение эффективности обработки тяжелого углеводородного сырья и его КПД.The method of processing heavy hydrocarbon raw materials, mainly heavy oil, includes preparing the raw material and auxiliary gas mixture at a given pressure, introducing the prepared auxiliary gas mixture into the prepared raw material and mixing them, cavitating processing the resulting mixture, separating the liquid and gaseous products, followed by separation of the final oil product . The technical result is the improvement of physico-chemical parameters of the final oil product due to changes in its composition, structure, namely, reducing its density, viscosity, initial boiling point, increasing the yield of light fractions during distillation and increasing the efficiency of processing heavy hydrocarbons and its efficiency.
