Abstract

Раскрытый способ представляет собой способ контролирования времени увеличения наклона кривой давления в режиме вентиляции PCV устройства для турбинной анестезии, включающий установку четверти установленного времени подъема наклона кривой давления (Tslope) в качестве константы экспоненциальной функции времени; определение значения контрольного давления (Praise) в соответствии с константой экспоненциальной функции времени и увеличение турбинного давления в соответствии с установленным значением контрольного давления (Praise). Под контролем способа контролирования турбинное давление быстро возрастает на начальной стадии, но подъем является гладким при приближении и достижении целевого давления (PTarget). Такой способ контролирования облегчает достаточный газообмен между легочными альвеолами пациента и свежим воздухом, чтобы добиться хорошего эффекта.
