Abstract

Описаны способ и устройство для предварительного нагрева и плавки агломерата марганцевой руды. Способ включает подачу исходной смеси (1), содержащей агломерат (2) марганцевой руды, восстанавливающий агент (3) и флюсующую добавку (4), в дуговую электропечь (5) с закрытой дугой; плавление исходной смеси (1) с образованием слоя, содержащего жидкий сплав марганца, и слоя, содержащего шлак; отбор жидкого марганца и при выпуске содержащего моноксид углерода углеродсодержащего газа (6) сжигание содержащего моноксид углерода углеродсодержащего газа (6) в присутствии кислорода, например воздуха, в горелке (7), с образованием содержащего диоксид углерода углеродсодержащего газа (9); и нагревание указанной исходной смеси (1) в бункере (8) предварительной обработки указанным содержащим диоксид углерода углеродсодержащим газом (9) перед подачей указанной исходной смеси (1) в дуговую электропечь (5) с закрытой дугой.
