Abstract
Предлагаемое регулируемое роликовое устройство для стрелочных остряков относится к железнодорожной технике, а именно к роликовому устройству для согласованного с рамным рельсом острякового рельса стрелочного перевода. Техническим результатом, решаемым предлагаемым изобретением, является создание регулируемого роликового устройства для стрелочных остряков, обладающего расширенными техническими возможностями за счет обеспечения возможности регулирования сочетания количества роликов относительно друг друга. Технический результат в предлагаемом изобретении достигают созданием регулируемого роликового устройства для стрелочных остряков, согласно изобретению качающийся рычаг выполнен в виде двух вертикальных панелей, соединенных между собой поперечной панелью, установленных в корпусе, и устройство снабжено дополнительной цапфой, причем все цапфы закреплены в вертикальных панелях качающегося рычага, а упругая опора выполнена из эластомера, при этом прихват выполнен сложной формы из целого круглого куска упругого материала и имеет два участка, параллельных друг другу и предназначенных для сопряжения с внешней стороной корпуса, а средняя часть - форму, обеспечивающую сопряжение с анкерным болтом, отверстия на боковых стенках корпуса для крепления, а оси качающегося рычага выполнены в виде вертикально направленных пазов.The proposed adjustable roller device for switch blades relates to railway engineering, in particular, to a roller device for a switch-switch adapted to the frame rail of a pointed rail. The technical result in the present invention is achieved by creating an adjustable roller device for switch blades, according to the invention the swing arm is made in the form of two vertical panels interconnected by a transverse panel installed in the housing, and the device is equipped with an additional pin, all the trunnions are fixed in the vertical panels of the swing arm , and the elastic support is made of elastomer, while the tack is made of a complex shape from a whole round piece of elastic material and has two teachings TCA parallel to one another and intended for coupling to the outer side of the housing, and the middle part - shaped to mate with the anchor bolt holes in the sidewalls of the body for attachment and the rocker arm axis are in the form of vertically directed grooves.
