Abstract

Заявляемая композиция относится к строительным материалам и может применяться для теплоизоляции металлических поверхностей промышленного оборудования и рабочих поверхностей трубопроводов, эксплуатируемых при невысоких (до 100°C) температурах. Техническим результатом заявляемого изобретения является повышение теплоизоляционных и прочностных свойств покрытия, снижение его удельного веса. Указанный результат достигается тем, что данное покрытие представляет собой композицию, включающую связующее, полые микросферы, пигмент и воду, где в качестве связующего используется смесь бутадиен-стирольного каучука и акрилового полимера, причем каучука в смеси 30-70 мас.% от общего количества бутадиен-стирольного каучука и акрилового полимера, в качестве полых микросфер используются полые углеродные микросферы, при следующем соотношении компонентов композиции, мас.%: смесь бутадиен-стирольного каучука и акрилового полимера - 25-35, полые углеродные микросферы - 20-30, пигмент - 3-5, вода - остальное. Оптимальным количеством полых углеродных микросфер в композиции является 20-30 мас.%. Добавление в композицию меньше 20 мас.% полых углеродных микросфер не дает значительного эффекта повышения прочностных и теплоизоляционных свойств покрытия, увеличение их содержания свыше 30 мас.% в композиции приводит к нарастанию вязкости композиции, ухудшению адгезии покрытия к обрабатываемой поверхности, вследствие уменьшения содержания полимерного связующего, приводит к возникновению технологического брака. The optimal amount of hollow carbon microspheres in the composition is 20-30 wt%. Adding less than 20 wt% of hollow carbon microspheres to the composition does not give a significant effect of increasing the strength and thermal insulation properties of the coating, an increase in their content over 30 wt% in the composition leads to an increase in the viscosity of the composition, deterioration of the adhesion of the coating to the treated surface, due to a decrease in the content of the polymer binder , leads to a technological defect. The optimal amount of each component is determined by the task that the given composition should solve.
