В способе очистки углеводородной фракции от серосодержащих соединений, включающем в себя экстракцию серосодержащих соединений из углеводородной фракции аммиачной водой, на экстракцию направляют предварительно подготовленные углеводородную фракцию и аммиачную воду с массовой концентрацией аммиака не менее 15% в интервале массовых соотношений аммиачной воды к углеводородной фракции от 1:10 до 10:1 при температуре 20-70°C. Экстракцию проводят в непрерывном противоточном режиме при температуре 20-70°C. Далее проводят отмывку очищенной углеводородной фракции от остатков аммиачной воды и последующую регенерацию отработанной аммиачной воды с получением свежей аммиачной воды, сероводорода и низкомолекулярных меркаптанов. Предложенный способ позволяет эффективно использовать аммиачную воду для экстракционной очистки широкого спектра углеводородных фракций от серосодержащих соединений, а также обеспечивает повышение эффективности очистки углеводородных фракций за счет повышения степени извлечения низкомолекулярных меркаптанов.The invention relates to the field of oil refining and petrochemicals, in particular to methods for removing hydrogen sulfide and low molecular weight mercaptans from hydrocarbon mixtures. The extraction is carried out in a continuous countercurrent mode at a temperature of 20-70 ° C. Next, the purified hydrocarbon fraction is washed from the residues of ammonia water and the subsequent regeneration of the spent ammonia water to produce fresh ammonia water, hydrogen sulfide and low molecular weight mercaptans. The proposed method allows the efficient use of ammonia water for extraction purification of a wide range of hydrocarbon fractions from sulfur-containing compounds, and also improves the efficiency of purification of hydrocarbon fractions by increasing the degree of extraction of low molecular weight mercaptans.
