Изобретение относится к области черной металлургии, к переработке вторичных алюмосодержащих шлаков и может быть использовано при производстве различных марок стали. Технический результат проявляется при использовании изобретения в виде вовлечения вновь образующихся отходов солевого алюмосодержащего шлака в производственные процессы приготовления флюса в черной металлургии за счет ликвидации шлаковых отвалов. Сущность изобретения выражается новой совокупностью признаков в способе приготовления флюса для раскисления в ковше сталеплавильного шлака на основе вторичного алюмосодержащего шлака, включающего алюминий металлический кислоторастворимый, оксид алюминия, оксиды калия и натрия, оксиды кремния и железа; согласно изобретению вышеприведенные компоненты для флюса предварительно гидратируют с получением водорастворимых алюминатов и водорастворимых щелочей, выщелачивают водорастворимые хлориды и щелочи путем их отмывания водой, осуществляют высокотемпературную сушку при 400-500°C для удаления кристаллизационной воды, связанной в окислах до влажности не более 1,5%, охлаждают, размалывают, рассеивают на фракции; в высушенный и рассеянный продукт флюса дополнительно вводят оксид магния и известь (CaO) в виде обожженого доломита, при этом в высушенный и рассеянный продукт флюса дополнительно был бы введен карбонат барий - стронциевый БСК-2 от 1,0 до 15 мас.%.The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, to the processing of secondary aluminum-containing slag and can be used in the production of various grades of steel. The essence of the invention is expressed by a new set of features in a method for preparing a flux for deoxidation in a ladle of steelmaking slag based on a secondary aluminum-containing slag, including acid-soluble metal aluminum, aluminum oxide, potassium and sodium oxides, silicon and iron oxides; According to the invention, the above components for the flux are pre-hydrated to obtain water-soluble aluminates and water-soluble alkalis, water-soluble chlorides and alkalis are leached by washing them with water, high-temperature drying is carried out at 400-500 ° C to remove water of crystallization bound in oxides to a moisture content of no more than 1.5 %, cool, grind, disperse into fractions; magnesium oxide and lime (CaO) in the form of burnt dolomite are additionally introduced into the dried and dispersed flux product, while barium carbonate - strontium BSK-2 from 1.0 to 15 wt% would be additionally introduced into the dried and dispersed flux product.
