Abstract
Изобретение относится к поверхностной обработке подложек нанесением покрытий, а именно к тонкопленочным технологиям. Задачей настоящего изобретения является создание простого и надежного оптического покрытия с высокими потребительскими свойствами и технологии его изготовления, пригодной для массового производства, с низкой себестоимостью. Поставленная задача в комбинированном оптическом покрытии, включающем многослойное просветляющее покрытие, образованное чередующимися слоями с высоким и низким показателем преломления, и защитное покрытие, решена тем, что между просветляющим и защитным покрытиями сформирован модифицированный адгезионный слой аморфного вещества толщиной 5-200 нм. Заявлено также два варианта способа изготовления комбинированного оптического покрытия.The invention relates to the surface treatment of substrates by coating, namely to thin-film technology. The present invention is the creation of a simple and reliable optical coating with high consumer properties and its manufacturing technology, suitable for mass production, with low cost. The task in the combined optical coating, which includes a multilayer antireflection coating formed by alternating high and low refractive index layers and a protective coating, is solved by the fact that a modified adhesive layer of amorphous material 5-200 nm thick is formed between the antireflection and protective coatings. Also announced two options for the method of manufacturing a combined optical coating.
