Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу изготовления биметаллических труб, состоящих из тонкостенной внутренней трубы из высоколегированной или легированной стали и внешней трубы из нелегированной стали, которые после вставки друг в друга соединяют между собой с геометрическим замыканием за счет раздачи под внутренним давлением, а также к устройству для осуществления способа, содержащему прикладываемые к подвергаемым раздаче трубам (1; 2) уплотнительные головки (3) для подачи напорной среды. Устройство отличается тем, что на уплотнительной головке (3) предусмотрен держатель (5) для фиксации подвергаемой раздаче внутренней трубы (1, 1'), имеющий направленный радиально внутрь выступ (7), приводимый в зацепление с периферийным пазом (6) на внутренней трубе (1, 1').
