Abstract

В соответствии со способом совместного получения аммиака и метанола выходящий поток из риформера разделяют на две части, одну из которых подвергают реакции сдвига, удалению диоксида углерода, метанации, компрессии и синтезу аммиака, в то время как вторую часть подвергают компрессии и подают в прямоточную секцию синтеза метанола. Метанол отводят из секции синтеза метанола, а оставшийся выходящий поток из указанной секции разделяют на два потока, содержащих водород, один из которых подают в секцию реакции сдвига, а второй рециркулируют в блок десульфуризации. При этом обеспечивается предпочтительный способ совместного получения аммиака и метанола, так как для десульфуризации предусматривается рециркуляция водорода, а также исключается этап компрессии.
