Abstract

The present invention provides high purity HPV L1 protein using a single chromatographic process in a manner in which contaminants are first removed by precipitation with ammonium sulfate and then additionally removed from a solution containing salt in a concentration of 0.35 M to 0.60 M through dialysis.
