Abstract
Изобретение относится к лифтеру (1), способу изготовления лифтера (1), способу установки лифтера и мельнице (3) для размола руды. Лифтер (1) содержит основную часть (10), имеющую наружную поверхность, соответствующую наружной поверхности (1а) лифтера (1), и фиксирующий элемент (11), предназначенный для присоединения лифтера (1) к корпусу (2) мельницы (3). Основная часть (10) лифтера содержит первую часть (10а) и вторую часть (10b), формирующие непрерывную основную часть (10) лифтера. Фиксирующий элемент встроен в первую часть (10а) с обеспечением формирования фиксирующим элементом части фиксирующей поверхности (1b) лифтера (1). Вторая часть (10b) выполнена из полиуретана и составляет 35-85% объёма лифтера (1).
