Abstract
Изобретение относится, главным образом, к системе измерения расхода буровых растворов и многофазных смесей (воды/нефти/газа), в том числе с переносом твердых частиц или песка и при наличии тяжелой нефти. Изобретение относится к системе измерения расхода буровых растворов и/или многофазных смесей, в которой измерительные патрубки оснащены подходящей предварительной камерой, исключающей вероятность отказа измерительных мембран в случае особо агрессивных смесей и в случае наличия скапливающихся и переносимых твердых частиц. Кроме того, особая вертикальная установка обеспечивает компактность системы с точки зрения горизонтальных препятствий, позволяет осуществлять установку в местах с небольшим пространством по горизонтали и обеспечивает невозмущенный поток, необходимый для получения высокой точности измерения. Упомянутая выше вертикальная установка обеспечивает возможность размещения на нисходящем вытянутом участке трубопровода датчика для измерения плотности, благодаря чему измерительную систему можно считать автономной (как правило, плотность вводят в качестве внешнего входного параметра).
