Изобретение относится к фармацевтической промышленности, а именно к способу получения из растительной массы травы конопля Cannabis sativa L. экстракта, содержащего каннабиноиды. Согласно предложенному способу высушенный растительный материал измельчают и экстрагируют посредством газа COс сорастворителем при сверхкритическом давлении 75-100 бар и температуре 30-40°C с получением первичного экстракта. Сорастворителем является водный раствор ацетона или водный раствор этилового спирта и ацетона. Первичный экстракт отделяют и дополнительно осуществляют концентрирование первичного экстракта путем упаривания при температуре 30-40°C в среде диоксида углерода под давлением менее 0,5 бар, а очистку от балластных веществ осуществляют путем растворения концентрированного экстракта в растворителе, отделяя балластные вещества фильтрованием с последующей отгонкой растворителя. Способ позволяет получить с высоким выходом сумму экстрактивных веществ из растительной массы травы конопля Cannabis sativa L, что может быть использовано в фармацевтической промышленности для создания субстанций лекарственных препаратов.The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, and in particular to a method for producing cannabis sativa L. from cannabis herb, an extract containing cannabinoids. According to the proposed method, the dried plant material is ground and extracted by means of CO gas with a co-solvent at a supercritical pressure of 75-100 bar and a temperature of 30-40 ° C to obtain a primary extract. The co-solvent is an aqueous solution of acetone or an aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol and acetone. The primary extract is separated and the primary extract is additionally concentrated by evaporation at a temperature of 30-40 ° C in carbon dioxide under a pressure of less than 0.5 bar, and the removal of ballast substances is carried out by dissolving the concentrated extract in a solvent, separating the ballast substances by subsequent stripping solvent. The method allows to obtain with a high yield the sum of extractive substances from the vegetable mass of the grass hemp Cannabis sativa L, which can be used in the pharmaceutical industry to create substances of medicinal preparations.
