Согласно предложенному способу высушенный растительный материал измельчают и экстрагируют посредством газа COс сорастворителем при сверхкритическом давлении 75-100 бар и температуре 30-40°C с получением первичного экстракта. Сорастворителем является водный раствор ацетона или водный раствор этилового спирта и ацетона. Первичный экстракт отделяют и дополнительно осуществляют концентрирование первичного экстракта путем упаривания при температуре 30-40°C в среде диоксида углерода под давлением менее 0,5 бар, а очистку от балластных веществ осуществляют путем растворения концентрированного экстракта в растворителе, отделяя балластные вещества фильтрованием с последующей отгонкой растворителя.
