Принцип работы устройства основан на приеме отраженного инфракрасного излучения от поверхности контролируемого корма. Особенности проектирования инфракрасного отражательного влагомера позволяют определять влажность сельскохозяйственной кормовой культуры в потоке, а также в лабораторных условиях в качестве стационарной измерительной системы. Инфракрасный отражательный влагомер кормовых сельскохозяйственных культур состоит из измерительного окна, встроенного в корпус, внутри которого размещен источник инфракрасного излучения с коллиматором, модулятор-монохроматор с интерференционными фильтрами, интегратор инфракрасного излучения в форме усеченного конуса и фотоприемник с конусной ловушкой, связанный с блоком обработки сигналов, внутри которого размещен процессор и система шин.This invention relates to a device for measuring the moisture of feed crops. An infrared reflective moisture meter for forage crops consists of a measuring window embedded in the housing, inside which is placed an infrared radiation source with a collimator, a monochromator modulator with interference filters, an infrared ray integrator in the form of a truncated cone, and a cone trap photodetector associated with inside which is located the processor and bus system.
