Мультифазный поточный влагомер, содержащий корпус, измерительное устройство, средство обработки сигнала измерительного устройства и средства представления результатов измерений, отличающийся тем, что измерительное устройство выполнено в виде n-числа проточных ячеек, размещенных по периметру коммутирующего устройства, расположенного в центральной части корпуса, при этом проточные ячейки включают в себя излучающие и приемные матрицы, выполненные с возможностью излучения и приема электромагнитных волн инфракрасного спектра излучения, высокочастотного и ультразвукового излучения, а средство обработки сигналов измерительного устройства выполнено с возможностью приема, обработки, управления и передачи средствам представления результатов измерений всех видов сигналов, поступающих с приемных матриц.
