Особенности проектирования инфракрасного отражательного влагомера позволяют определять влажность сыпучего и порошкообразного материала в потоке, а также в лабораторных условиях в качестве стационарной измерительной системы. Инфракрасный отражательный влагомер сыпучих и порошкообразных материалов состоит из измерительного окна, встроенного в корпус, внутри которого размещен источник инфракрасного излучения с коллиматором, модулятор-монохроматор с интерференционными фильтрами, интегратор инфракрасного излучения в форме зеркальной полусферы и фотоприемник, связанный с блоком обработки сигналов, внутри которого размещен процессор и система шин.This invention relates to devices for measuring the moisture content of bulk and powdery materials. The infrared reflective moisture meter of bulk and powdery materials consists of a measuring window embedded in the housing, inside which is placed an infrared source with a collimator, a monochromator modulator with interference filters, an infrared radiation integrator in the form of a mirror hemisphere, and a photodetector associated with the signal processing unit, inside which placed processor and bus system.
