Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения катодной меди. Способ включает стадию плавки, включающую подачу содержащего сульфид меди материала (1; 1а, 1b) и содержащего кислород реакционного газа (2) в печь (5; 5а, 5b) для плавки во взвешенном состоянии с получением черновой меди (7); стадию огневого рафинирования, включающую подачу черновой меди (7) в анодную печь (12) с получением расплавленной анодной меди (13); стадию отливки анодов, на которой получают литые аноды (15); стадию (16) проверки качества для разделения литых анодов (15) на годные литые аноды (17) и отбракованные литые аноды (18); стадию электролитического рафинирования, включающую электролитическое рафинирование годных литых анодов (17) в электролитической ванне (19) с получением катодной меди (20) и в качестве побочного продукта отработанных литых анодов (21), и стадию рециркуляции для подачи рециклом анодной меди отбракованных литых анодов (21).
