Настоящее изобретение, в целом, относится к способу непрерывного получения продукта в виде водоабсорбирующей полимерной частицы, включающему технологические стадии (i) получения водного раствора мономера; (ii) необязательного добавления мелких частиц водоабсорбирующего полимера к водному раствору мономера; (iii) добавления инициатора полимеризации или по меньшей мере одного компонента системы инициатора полимеризации; (iv) необязательного уменьшения содержания кислорода в водном растворе мономера; (v) загрузки водного раствора мономера в реактор полимеризации; (vi) полимеризации в реакторе полимеризации с получением полимерного геля; (vii) выгрузки полимерного геля из реактора полимеризации и необязательного дробления полимерного геля; (viii) высушивания полимерного геля в первом сушильном устройстве; (ix) измельчения высушенного полимерного геля в первом измельчающем устройстве с получением водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; (х) сортировки по размеру в первом сортировочном устройстве; (xi) приведения в контакт со сшивающей композицией; (xii) высушивания в дополнительном сушильном устройстве; (xiii) сортировки по размеру в дополнительном сортировочном устройстве с получением первой фракции и дополнительной фракции, (xiv) дополнительного измельчения по меньшей мере части первой фракции в дополнительном измельчающем устройстве с получением дополнительно измельченной первой фракции; где на технологической стадии (xii) дополнительно измельченную первую фракцию возвращают в дополнительное сушильное устройство; где дополнительная фракция содержит продукт в виде водоабсорбирующей полимерной частицы.The present invention relates generally to a method for continuously producing a product in the form of a water-absorbing polymer particle, comprising the process steps (i) of preparing an aqueous monomer solution; (ii) optionally adding fine particles of a water-absorbing polymer to an aqueous monomer solution; (iii) adding a polymerization initiator or at least one component of a polymerization initiator system; (iv) an optional reduction in the oxygen content of the aqueous monomer solution; (v) loading the aqueous monomer solution into the polymerization reactor; (vi) polymerization in a polymerization reactor to form a polymer gel; (vii) discharging the polymer gel from the polymerization reactor and optionally crushing the polymer gel; (viii) drying the polymer gel in the first drying device; (ix) grinding the dried polymer gel in the first grinding device to form water-absorbing polymer particles; (x) sorted by size in the first sorting device; (xi) bringing into contact with the crosslinking composition; (xii) drying in an additional drying device; (xiii) sorting by size in an additional sorting device to obtain a first fraction and an additional fraction, (xiv) additional grinding of at least part of the first fraction in an additional grinding device to produce an additional crushed first fraction; where at the technological stage (xii) the additionally crushed first fraction is returned to the additional drying device; where the additional fraction contains the product in the form of a water-absorbing polymer particle.
