Abstract
Настоящее изобретение, в целом, относится к способу получения дополнительно обработанных поверхностно сшитых водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц, включающему технологические стадии (i) получения водного раствора мономера, содержащего по меньшей мере один частично нейтрализованный, моноэтиленненасыщенный мономер, содержащий группы карбоновой кислоты (α1), и по меньшей мере один сшивающий агент (α3); (ii) необязательного добавления мелких частиц водоабсорбирующего полимера; (iii) добавления инициатора полимеризации или по меньшей мере одного компонента системы инициатора полимеризации к водному раствору мономера; (iv) необязательного уменьшения содержания кислорода в водном растворе мономера; (v) загрузки водного раствора мономера в реактор полимеризации; (vi) полимеризации мономеров в водном растворе мономера с получением полимерного геля с содержанием воды от 40 до 60 мас.%; (vii) выгрузки полимерного геля из реактора полимеризации и необязательного дробления полимерного геля; (viii) высушивания необязательно дробленого полимерного геля, где полученный высушенный полимерный гель имеет содержание воды от 0,5 до 25 мас.%; (ix) измельчения с получением водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; (х) сортировки по размеру измельченных водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; (xi) приведения в контакт с дополнительным сшивающим агентом с получением поверхностно сшитых водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; (xii) сортировки по размеру поверхностно сшитых водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; (xiii) приведения в контакт отсортированных по размеру поверхностно сшитых водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц с частицами Ag-цеолита в количестве от 100 до 5000 мас. ppm от общей массыThe present invention relates generally to a process for the preparation of further surface-crosslinked water-absorbing polymer particles further processed, comprising the technological steps (i) of preparing an aqueous monomer solution containing at least one partially neutralized, monoethylenically unsaturated monomer containing carboxylic acid groups (α1) and at least one crosslinking agent (α3); (ii) the optional addition of fine particles of a water-absorbing polymer; (iii) adding a polymerization initiator or at least one component of the polymerization initiator system to an aqueous monomer solution; (iv) an optional reduction in the oxygen content of the aqueous monomer solution; (v) loading the aqueous monomer solution into the polymerization reactor; (vi) the polymerization of monomers in an aqueous solution of the monomer to obtain a polymer gel with a water content of from 40 to 60 wt.%; (vii) discharging the polymer gel from the polymerization reactor and optionally crushing the polymer gel; (viii) drying the optionally crushed polymer gel, where the obtained dried polymer gel has a water content of from 0.5 to 25 wt.%; (ix) grinding to obtain water-absorbing polymer particles; (x) sorted by size of ground water-absorbing polymer particles; (xi) bringing into contact with an additional cross-linking agent to obtain surface-crosslinked water-absorbing polymer particles; (xii) sort by size of surface-crosslinked water-absorbing polymer particles; (xiii) bringing into contact of water-absorbing polymer particles sorted according to the size of surface-crosslinked water-absorbing particles with Ag zeolite particles in an amount of from 100 to 5000 wt. ppm by weight
