Abstract
Настоящее изобретение, в целом, относится к способу получения водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц, включающему технологические стадии: (i) получение водного раствора мономера, содержащего по меньшей мере один частично нейтрализованный, моноэтиленненасыщенный мономер, содержащий группы карбоновой кислоты (α1, и по меньшей мере один сшивающий агент (α3); (ii) необязательное добавление мелких частиц водоабсорбирующего полимера к водному раствору мономера; (iii) добавление инициатора полимеризации или по меньшей мере одного компонента системы инициатора полимеризации, которая содержит два или более компонентов, к водному раствору мономера; (iv) необязательное уменьшение содержания кислорода в водном растворе мономера; (v) загрузка водного раствора мономера в реактор полимеризации; (vi) полимеризация мономеров в водном растворе мономера в реакторе полимеризации с получением полимерного геля; (vii) выгрузка полимерного геля из реактора полимеризации и дробление полимерного геля в первом дробильном устройстве с получением частиц полимерного геля; (viii) высушивание частиц полимерного геля; (ix) измельчение высушенных частиц полимерного геля с получением водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; (х) сортировка по размеру измельченных водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц и (xi) необязательная обработка поверхности измельченных и отсортированных по размеру водоабсорбирующих полимерных частиц; где на технологической стадии (vii) первое дробильное устройство содержит первый диск, второй диск и третий диск.The present invention relates generally to a method for producing water-absorbing polymer particles, comprising the process steps: (i) obtaining an aqueous solution of a monomer containing at least one partially neutralized, monoethylenically unsaturated monomer containing carboxylic acid groups (α1, and at least one crosslinking agent (α3); (ii) optional addition of fine particles of a water-absorbing polymer to an aqueous monomer solution; (iii) adding a polymerization initiator or at least one component of the system polymerization initiator, which contains two or more components, to an aqueous monomer solution; (iv) optional reduction of oxygen content in an aqueous monomer solution; (v) loading an aqueous monomer solution into a polymerization reactor; (vi) polymerization of monomers in an aqueous monomer solution in a polymerization reactor to obtain a polymer gel; (vii) unloading the polymer gel from the polymerization reactor and crushing the polymer gel in the first crushing device to obtain particles of the polymer gel; (viii) drying the polymer gel particles; (ix) grinding the dried particles of a polymer gel to form water-absorbing polymer particles; (x) sorting the size of the crushed water-absorbing polymer particles; and (xi) optional surface treatment of the crushed and sorted water-absorbing polymer particles; where at the technological stage (vii) the first crushing device contains the first disk, the second disk and the third disk.
