Abstract
Предложен способ (100) получения олефинов, в котором первую газовую смесь (b) получают посредством способа (1) парового крекинга и вторую газовую смесь (s) получают посредством способа (2) превращения оксигенатов в олефины, причем первая газовая смесь (b) и вторая газовая смесь (s), каждая, содержат, по меньшей мере, углеводороды, содержащие от одного до четырех атомов углерода. Предлагается из первой газовой смеси (b) образовать первую фракцию (h), которая содержит по меньшей мере большую часть углеводородов с четырьмя атомами углерода, ранее содержавшимися в первой газовой смеси (b), из второй газовой смеси (s) образовать вторую фракцию (у), которая содержит по меньшей мере большую часть углеводородов с четырьмя атомами углерода, ранее содержавшимися во второй газовой смеси (s), и преимущественно подвергнуть углеводороды, содержащиеся во второй фракции (у) и ранее во второй газовой смеси (s), условиям крекинга в способе (1) парового крекинга, при которых конверсия присутствующего н-бутана составляет менее 92%. Изобретение также относится к установке для этой цели.
