Abstract
В изобретении предложена новая полупроводниковая полимерная композиция, обладающая улучшенной гладкостью и степенью дисперсности технического углерода при смешивании полимерной композиции и достижимым равновесием с другими свойствами, такими как удельное объемное сопротивление. Полупроводниковая полимерная композиция содержит (а) от 30 до 90 мас.% полимерного компонента, (б) от 10 до 70 мас.% технического углерода, и технический углерод (б) обладает массовой прочностью гранул (MPS) в соответствии с ASTM D1937-13 от 50 до 250 Н. Изобретение также относится к способу получения полупроводниковой полимерной композиции, включающему стадии 1) введения 30-90 мас.% полимерного компонента, как определено выше, и 0-8 мас.% добавок в смешивающее устройство и смешивания полимерного компонента и добавок при повышенной температуре с получением полимерного расплава; 2) добавления 10-70 мас.% технического углерода, как определено выше, в полимерный расплав и дополнительного смешивания полимерного расплава.
