Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу разделения углеводородной смеси (С), по меньшей мере частично, полученной паровым крекингом (10), которая содержит, по меньшей мере, углеводороды, содержащие один, два и три атома углерода, включающие этан и этилен; первую фракцию (С2+, С2-) сначала получают из углеводородной смеси (С), по меньшей мере, частичным отделением других компонентов, где преобладающая часть указанной фракции состоит из углеводородов, включающих два или более атома углерода, первоначально содержащихся в углеводородной смеси (С), или преобладающая часть указанной фракции состоит из углеводородов, включающих два или менее атома углерода, первоначально содержащихся в углеводородной смеси (С), и дополнительные фракции (С1, С2, СН, C3+, СН) затем получают из первой фракции (С2+, С2-). Фракцию (R, S), содержащую этан, отделяют параллельно с или ниже по потоку относительно, по меньшей мере, частичного отделения других компонентов от углеводородной смеси (С) в количестве, которое снижает содержание этана в первой фракции (С2+, С2-) до уровня менее 25%, причем фракция (R, S), содержащая этан, включает малое количество или не включает других углеводородов, содержащих два атома углерода. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к сепарационной системе (30), к соответствующей системе парового крекинга и к способу модернизации системы парового крекинга.
