Abstract
Предложенный мини-завод относится к технологии переработки промышленных и бытовых отходов, в частности для утилизации цельных изношенных шин и получению топлива в процессе пиролиза, вторичных углеводородистых энергоносителей, твердой фракции и металла, а также электроэнергии, в том числе для внешних потребителей. Техническим результатом является то, что обеспечивается технологический процесс с непрерывным самопитающимся замкнутым циклом, поскольку продукты пиролиза цельных шин или других отходов (например, полимеров), а именно их газовый состав, сконденсированный в жидкое топливо, служит топливом для горелок печи реактора, а тепло, полученное в печи, служит для нагрева шин и получения перегретого пара, используемого для пиролиза шин и являющегося рабочим телом для ТМД, который реализует способ преобразования тепловой энергии в механическую работу. Ступенчатый и равномерный процесс нагрева рабочих тел и поверхности шин обеспечивается за счет дополнительной системы предварительного прогрева. В комплект ТМД входят высокоэффективные электрогенераторы с возбуждением от постоянных магнитов, производящие электроэнергию для обслуживания не только мини-завода, но и внешних потребителей.The proposed mini-plant relates to the processing technology of industrial and household waste, in particular for the disposal of solid waste tires and the production of fuel in the pyrolysis process, secondary hydrocarbon-bearing energy carriers, the solid fraction and metal, as well as electricity, including for external consumers. The TMD kit includes highly efficient electric generators with excitation from permanent magnets, which produce electricity to serve not only the mini-plant, but also external consumers.
