Изобретения относятся к способу переработки изношенных шин, в частности для утилизации любых цельных изношенных шин без предварительной подготовки, с одновременным получением вторичных углеводородистых энергоносителей, твердой фракции и металла. Технический результат предложения направлен на повышение КПД, достижение высокой производительности, снижение энергоемкости процесса и повышение экологичности. Разработанный способ и комплекс устройств для переработки изношенных шин позволяют вести процесс парового пиролиза резины в непрерывном пошаговом режиме, исключив циклическую остановку реактора на период загрузки исходного сырья и выгрузки продуктов разложения. Эффективный занос тепла в реактор от отходящих дымовых газов из печи достигается за счет применения высокотемпературных теплообменных труб, подводящих и излучающих тепло в непосредственной близости с шинами, перемещаемыми роторным транспортером непрерывно пошагово, по мере загрузки шин, что в сочетании с изменением положения шин в пространстве между лопатками ротора обеспечивает эффективную передачу тепла на поверхность шин и всесторонний их прогрев.The invention relates to a method of processing waste tires, in particular for the disposal of any solid worn tires without prior preparation, with the simultaneous production of secondary hydrocarbon energy carriers, solid fraction and metal. The technical result of the proposal is aimed at improving efficiency, achieving high productivity, reducing the energy intensity of the process and improving environmental friendliness. The developed method and the complex of devices for processing worn tires allow the process of steam pyrolysis of rubber to be carried out in continuous step-by-step mode, eliminating the cyclical shutdown of the reactor for the period of loading the feedstock and unloading decomposition products. Efficient heat transfer into the reactor from flue gases from the furnace is achieved through the use of high-temperature heat-exchange tubes supplying and emitting heat in close proximity to the tires moved by the rotary conveyor continuously step by step as the tires are loaded, which, in combination with rotor blades provide efficient heat transfer to the surface of the tires and their full warm-up.
