Abstract
Установка производства аммиака или водорода, содержащая секцию десульфуризации, секцию риформинга и секцию сдвига, где указанная секция сдвига содержит низкотемпературный конвертер сдвига и среднетемпературный конвертер сдвига, по ходу процесса ниже низкотемпературного конвертера сдвига и среднетемпературного конвертера сдвига расположена линия продувки для обеспечения повторного нагревания конвертеров сдвига с помощью технологического газа при низком давлении (как правило, 3-7 бар). Таким образом удается избежать конденсации водяных паров в технологическом газе. С применением линии продувки возможно добиться значительной экономии времени, в частности, 8-24 часа, для повторного запуска производства после его временной остановки, так как исключается этап нагревания конвертера НТС/СТС при циркуляции азота.
