Abstract

Способ и устройство для секвестрации диоксида углерода из отработанного газа и его повторного использования в качестве рециркулирующего газа без осложнений, связанных с выбросами, включающие, при условии, что источник газа разделен на технологический газ и отработанный газ, смешивание технологического газа с углеводородом и подачу полученного в результате сырьевого газа в установку риформинга для риформинга сырьевого газа и образования восстановительного газа; подачу по меньшей мере части отработанного газа в скруббер для очистки от диоксида углерода для удаления, по меньшей мере, некоторого количества диоксида углерода из отработанного газа и образования бедного по диоксиду углерода газа, смешиваемого с восстановительным газом. Необязательно, способ также включает подачу по меньшей мере части отработанного газа в скруббер для очистки от диоксида углерода для удаления, по меньшей мере, некоторого количества диоксида углерода из отработанного газа и образование топливного газа после добавления углеводорода, подаваемого в установку риформинга. Необязательно, источник газа и восстановительный газ связаны с процессом прямого восстановления для преобразования оксида железа в металлическое железо в восстановительной печи, использующей восстановительный газ, необязательно после некоторой модификации, и образующей источник газа.
