Abstract

Способ и устройство для взятия проб суспензии из непрерывного технологического потока (PF), движущегося под действием силы тяжести. Взятие проб выполняют в два этапа первым и вторым блоками (1, 2) для взятия проб. Первичный пробный поток (PSF) и вторичный пробный поток (SSF) организуют в виде безнапорных открытых потоков, так что расход вторичного пробного потока (SSF), который направляется на анализ, примерно пропорционален мгновенному значению расхода технологического потока (PF). В устройстве первый блок (1) для взятия проб и второй блок (2) для взятия проб содержат вентиляционные средства (23, 24), расположенные рядом с верхними концами (25, 26) их соответствующих первых и вторых боковых стенок (7, 8; 13, 14) с обеспечением возможности выравнивания атмосферного давления, существующего внутри и снаружи первого и второго блоков для взятия проб, над свободными уровнями (27, 28) жидкости первичного и вторичного потоков (PSF, SSF) суспензии вдоль полной длины блоков (1, 2) для взятия проб, с образованием безнапорных открытых проточных трактов для первичного и вторичного пробных потоков (PSF, SSF).
