Abstract

Описаны системы и способы мониторинга компонентов бурового раствора в режиме реального времени. Одна из систем содержит устройство контроля твердых частиц, гидравлически соединенное со скважиной и выполненное с возможностью приема бурового раствора из скважины, причем устройство контроля твердых частиц имеет первое оптическое вычислительное устройство, расположенное на входе и выполненное с возможностью оптического взаимодействия с буровым раствором при его введении в устройство контроля твердых частиц и генерирования, таким образом, первого выходного сигнала, соответствующего характеристике бурового раствора, второго оптического вычислительного устройства, расположенного на выходе и выполненного с возможностью оптического взаимодействия с буровым раствором при его выходе из устройства контроля твердых частиц и генерирования, таким образом, второго выходного сигнала, соответствующего характеристике бурового раствора, и процессора обработки сигналов, коммуникативно соединенного с первым и вторым оптическими вычислительными устройствами и выполненного с возможностью получения первого и второго выходных сигналов и генерирования результирующего выходного сигнала.
