Sources of magnetic fields (5), which are magnets, are located around the circumference of the disk (2), rotated by the engine (3). The magnets are arranged alternately, that is, after the source of a positive magnetic field follows a source of negative, and after a source of negative - a source of positive. The entire installation is mounted on the frame (4). The container (1) is made of a non-magnetic metal, such as aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys, including various types of bronze and brass. The distance between the source of the magnetic field (5) and the capacitance cannot exceed the range of the magnetic fields of the magnets on the disk.
