Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения минеральной ваты для теплоизоляционных и звукоизоляционных материалов в строительстве. В способе используют установку, содержащую устройство внутреннего центрифугирования, содержащее центрифугу (11), выполненную с возможностью вращения вокруг оси X, в частности вертикальной, и в боковой поверхности (12) которой выполнено множество отверстий (17) для выпуска филаментов расплавленного материала, устройство вытягивания посредством газовой струи высокой температуры в виде кольцевой форсунки (20), которая обеспечивает вытягивание филаментов в волокна, и приемный конвейер (50), соединенный с аспирационным устройством для приема волокон. Для получения теплоизоляционного материала на основе минеральных волокон с улучшенными теплоизоляционными свойствами и которые являются особенно тонкими в способе контролируют комбинации параметров, которыми являются, по меньшей мере, давление в форсунке от 450 до 750 мм вод.ст., вращение центрифуги со скоростью выше 2000 об./мин и количество вытягиваемых волокон в сутки через отверстие центрифуги не более 0,5 кг; осаждают на волокна элементы, отражающие и/или поглощающие инфракрасное излучение, и устанавливают скорость движения транспортера, свыкающегося с приемным конвейером, выше скорости движения указанного приемного конвейера.
