Abstract
Раскрыт способ повышения производительности существующей установки синтеза мочевины. Исходя из обычных компонентов установки синтеза мочевины, включающих секцию синтеза, включающую конденсатор карбамата высокого давления и реактор, и секцию извлечения, способ предусматривает установку дополнительного реактора между секцией извлечения и конденсатором карбамата высокого давления. Дополнительный реактор предпочтительно соединяют с эжектором, с тем, чтобы разместить дополнительный реактор на нулевом уровне.
