Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу обработки газового потока углеводородного сырья, содержащего, по меньшей мере, COи HS, для извлечения газового потока очищенного СОвысокого качества, включающему следующие стадии: а) разделение указанного газового углеводородного потока на (i) газовый обессеренный углеводородный поток и (ii) поток кислого газа, включающего, по меньшей мере, COи HS; b) введение указанного газового потока (ii) в установку Клауса, извлекая таким образом (iii) поток жидкой элементарной серы и (iv) хвостовые газы, в основном включающие N, CO, SOи HS; с) ввод хвостовых газов (iv) в реактор гидрирования и затем в контактный аппарат охлаждения установки обработки хвостовых газов (TGTU), извлекая таким образом (v) поток гидрированных хвостовых газов, содержащий главным образом N, H, СО, COи HS; d) контактирование указанных гидрированных хвостовых газов (v) с неселективным растворителем на основе амина в установке неселективного поглощения кислых газов TGTU извлекая таким образом (vi) отходящий газ, содержащий главным образом N, Ни СО, и (vii) газовый поток, обогащенный по COи HS; е) подача отходящего газа (vi) в печь для сжигания; f) контактирование указанного потока обогащенного газа (vii) с растворителем селективного поглощения HS в установке селективного поглощения HS, извлекая таким образом (viii) газовый поток высокоочищенного СО(ix) и газовый поток, обогащенный по HS, а также устройство для выполнения указанного способа.
