Abstract
Изобретение, которое может быть применено во всех типах отдельно стоящих зданий и которое относится к сейсмоустойчивым строительным системам, которые исключают деструктивное влияние землетрясения, потери жизней и имущества при землетрясениях средней и сильной интенсивности по причине затухания действующих на здание сил землетрясения между двух фундаментных структур, которые могут перемещаться независимо друг от друга без передачи сил землетрясения от фундамента здания к верхним этажам, в основном содержит закрепленное первое основание (1), которое удерживает здание на земле, второе основание (2), выполненное с возможностью перемещения относительно первого основания (1), анкерную консоль (3) второго основания (2) ударную консоль (4) как конструктивный элемент, окружающий первое основание (1), конструктивный элемент внешняя стенка (5), которая передает давление земли вокруг и образует полость, сейсмический клин (6), который выполнен с возможностью гашения части сил удара, возникающих во время удара анкерной консоли (3) по ударной консоли (4), механизм перемещения (7), обеспечивающий относительное перемещение первого основания (1) и второго основания (2), ребро жесткости (8), которое является конструктивным элементом, который увеличивает сохранность внешней стенки (5) и прочность ударной консоли (4), железобетонный козырек (9), который предотвращает попадание инородных материалов в полость для перемещения конструкции здания, и растянутые сваи (10), являющиеся конструктивными элементами для предотвращения опрокидывания здания и соединенные с первым основанием (1).
