Abstract

Описан регулирующий клапан (5, 5') для соединительных узлов для гибких шлангов, содержащий множество лепестков (сегментов или секторов) (6, 6'; 7, 7'поворачиваемых между положением полного открывания и положением полного закрывания. Упомянутое множество поворотных лепестков (6, 6'; 7, 7') состоит из пар лепестков (6, 6'; 7, 7') с различными формами и размерами, расположенных поочередно вдоль окружности соединительного узла. Лепестки (6, 6') меньшего размера управляются с тем, чтобы закрываться медленнее, чем лепестки (7, 7') большего размера, вплоть до достижения положения контакта соответствующих боковых краев. Верхняя по потоку поверхность (57) лепестков (6, 6') меньшего размера обеспечена парой ребер (59), поперечно выступающих из вышеупомянутой поверхности, чтобы покоиться на верхней по потоку поверхности (56) лепестков (7, 7') большего размера, чтобы принуждать последние закрываться перед лепестками (6, 6') меньшего размера, тогда как верхняя по потоку поверхность (56) лепестков (7, 7') большего размера обеспечена парой выступов (53), которые в конце закрывающего перемещения лепестков (6, 6'; 7, 7') вставляются в соответствующие углубления (60) лицевой поверхности ребер (49) для осуществления точного и стабильного соединения смежных лепестков (6, 6'; 7, 7') в плотно закрытом положении.
