Abstract
Объектом изобретения является устройство OLED (100), содержащее прозрачный анод (1) с заданным удельным поверхностным сопротивлением R1 и катод (3) с заданным удельным поверхностным сопротивлением R2, причем отношение r=R2/R1 составляет от 0,01 до 2,5; по меньшей мере один анодный электрический контакт и первый катодный электрический контакт (5) с заданной поверхностью, называемой контактной поверхностью, которая находится выше активной зоны (20); отражатель (6), закрывающий активную зону (20) выше электролюминесцентной органической системы Et; и для каждой точки В анодного контакта (41), причем точка В находится на заданной границе первой анодной области (40), задавая расстояние D между точкой В и точкой С контактной поверхности, ближайшей к указанной точке В, и задавая расстояние L между указанной точкой В и точкой X от границы первой анодной области, противоположной первой границе, проходящее через точку С, определяя следующие критерии: если 0,01<r<0,1, то 30<D/L<48%, если 0,1<r<0,5, то 10<D/L<45%, если 0,5<r<1, то 10<D/L<45%, если 1<r<1,5, то 5<D/L<35%, если 1,5<r<2,5, то 5<D/L<30%.
