Abstract

Разработан сетчатый элемент, образованный из полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ), имеющий хорошую ориентированность и имеющий сравнительно высокую термостойкость. Каждое из полотна 1 с продольными прорезями (полотна с продольной ориентацией) и полотна 2 с поперечными прорезями (полотна с поперечной ориентацией) имеет трехслойную структуру, включающую слой (основной слой), образованный из первой термопластичной смолы, и связующие слои, образованные из второй термопластичной смолы и предусмотренные на соответствующих поверхностях основного слоя. Вторая термопластичная смола обладает способностью к термосвариванию при температуре более низкой, чем температура плавления первой термопластичной смолы. Нетканый материал 8 образован посредством ламинирования друг с другом полотна с продольной ориентацией и полотна с поперечной ориентацией крест-накрест посредством их связующих слоев так, что оси ориентации полотен пересекаются под прямым углом. Первая термопластичная смола представляет собой полиэтилентерефталат (ПЭТ). Вторая термопластичная смола представляет собой аморфный сополимер полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ). Перед ламинированием полотен крест-накрест их поверхности (связующие слои) подвергают обработке коронным разрядом.
